Zenith Innovation does not need to store complete card details in order to provide Rent Pilot's payment functionality.

Zenith Innovation does not control the internal processing practices of independent third-party payment providers.

We may share information with trusted third parties where necessary to provide Rent Pilot services.

Zenith Innovation provides the technology platform for processing and managing such information and may process the information on behalf of the relevant customer.

Users responsible for uploading tenant information must ensure that they have an appropriate legal basis and authority to process and provide such information.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information against:

• Misuse;
• Alteration;

• Destruction.

However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and devices.
